The Swan Honda team looked set for a return to the podium at the seventh round of the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship at Snetterton today, but both James Ellison and Stuart Easton were robbed of a chance of victory.

Swan Honda’s James Ellison put in an impressive performance in the opening MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship race of the weekend at Snetterton to move from 22nd on the grid through to seventh, as team-mate Stuart Easton was forced to retire.
